My printer is not printing โ what do I check first?
Check that iPrint service is running on your Windows/Mac. Ensure the printer is on the same WiFi network. Restart iPrint, then retry printing from the POS. For Bluetooth printers, re-pair the device in settings.
Zomato orders are not appearing in my POS โ how to fix?
Go to Settings โ Integrations โ Delivery and check that your Zomato store ID is correctly linked. Ensure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, WhatsApp us your store ID and we'll diagnose within 30 minutes.
How do I add a new staff member with limited access?
Go to Settings โ Staff โ Add Staff. Set their role (Cashier, Waiter, Manager, Kitchen) which automatically limits what screens they can access. Each staff member gets their own PIN login.
How do I generate a GST report for last month?
Go to Reports โ Tax Reports โ Select date range โ Export. You'll get GSTR-1 summary, HSN summary, and payment-mode breakup. For Tally export, use Reports โ Accounting โ Tally XML Export.
The POS is slow โ how do I speed it up?
Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) and reload. On Android, clear the app cache in device settings. Ensure your device has at least 3 GB free RAM. For persistent issues, contact us with your device model.
Can I use RestoPOS without internet?
Yes. The Windows Desktop app and Android app both work fully offline โ billing, KOT, and order management continue without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. The web app requires internet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings โ Subscription โ Cancel Plan. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees. See our
